Responsibilities:

• You will set the tone for the store and retail sales staff
• You will lead Assistant Manager and retail sales associates in strategies to achieve sales goals
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate sales associates
• Track weekly and monthly sales results and trends for business forecasting
• Oversee in-store merchandising and window displays
• Responsible for inventory management
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and internal staff issues
• You are a key-holder. WORKS UPTO 35 HRS PER WEEK 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail store management, 1-3 years (retail fashion experience a big plus)
• Loves fashion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to engage customers and connect with sales associates
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Timely and flexible
• Ability to utilize retail technology
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to travel as required
